Foster 40-25 Full Defense Fungicidal Protective Coating is the only EPA registered coating that kills residual mold and mildew, after pre-cleaning contaminated surfaces. Its high coverage, breathable coating is designed to provide long term fungicidal protection, from mold regrowth, in residential, institutional, industrial buildings, and commercial mold remediation projects. Protected surfaces include un-finished wood, drywall, oriented strand board, metal, masonry and other building materials.
