GLT ceramic fiber insulation is made from high purity calcines of alumina and silica. The resulting product is composed of high strength, low shrinkage fibers needled into a tight blanket with superior handline properties. The blankets have an excellent thermal conductivity and are resistant to attack from corrosive agents.
