system 6000 pipe sleeve is a very versatile round metal
duct insulation product capable of performing a multitude
of HVAC applications. System 6000 is well suited
for any situation involving round metal duct or PVC pipe. An easy slip on design
using furnished starter cap, provides neat and professional appearance. System
6000 eliminates the need for bulky duct wrap rolls on the job.

6000 pipe sleeve is composed of a thick blanket of thermally
certified energy saving insulation. A protective vapor
barrier of seamless black polyethylene then covers the
insulation. The product bears a UL Classification label
which certifies the product's flame and smoke capabilities.

foot standard lengths and is furnished with a starter
cap in each carton. Diameters include: 3",
