Doors are often a problem for builders and erectors. Damage, lost parts, quality of components, difficult hardware installation, and door installation time, among others, are issues faced every day with traditional knock down door systems.

The pre assembled door system solves these common problems. The pre assembled door system is completely factory assembled, including all hardware and the sub frame system (framed opening). As a result of this, the pre assembled door system can typically be installed in less than thirty minutes. No additional cutting, welding, or painting is necessary. In fact, we even go so far as to include the glass in our lite kits.

There are options for sizes, colors, door gages, and door skin types in addition to the many hardware options for pre assembled doors.

Knock down doors can be custom designed to fit your exact specifications. Building a standard program includes having options for colors, sizes, frame profiles and depths, hardware types, door cores, and other items.
